Refund policy

If you’ve changed your mind or you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.

Our customers are welcome to one free return per order. Any multibuy discounts included in the order will not apply if one is returned. If upon returning part of an order for a refund, and the total falls below the threshold of free delivery, you will be charged a standard delivery cost against your refund. This will not apply to any return for an exchange.

We have had to introduce a small returns handling fee of £3 to cover our non-recoverable costs. This will only apply if you are returning your order for a refund. Exchanges will not be subject to the returns handling fee. Shipping charges, if you have paid for them, will not be refunded on return.

If you believe your items are faulty, please email us a photo of the fault before sending the item back. We reserve the right to reject returns if our policy is misused and/or product tags are removed, or the item has been worn or tampered with.

Lastly, due to fraud regulations, we can only refund the card used at the time of purchase. 

FREE RETURNS

To apply for your free UK return, please fill out the form on; www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer.
Please always check the label to confirm the correct retailer is selected. You can print your return label either at home or at a Royal Mail post office branch. Royal Mail will email you your label and a QR code. Once your return is ready to be sent, please take your parcel to your local Royal Mail branch.

Please note, we are not liable for any missing returns without a tracking number or proof of postage – please make sure you keep the shipping confirmation.

Free returns are applicable solely to the original items purchased in the order.


INTERNATIONAL

Any returns made for orders shipped outside of the UK will be at the customer’s cost for shipping and duties. Please ensure you have included all the appropriate customs information with your shipment. We will not bear any responsibility for returned international orders that have been lost in transit.

RETURNING GIFT BOXES / CUSTOM ITEM

Any Gift Boxes or Custom products bought from The Oxford Shirt Company cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

RETURNING FOOTWEAR

Footwear bought from The Oxford Shirt Company can be returned provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labelling and swing tags intact.

It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.

We recommend when trying shoes on to do so on carpet to avoid damage or scuffs to the soles of the shoes.

Postage costs are not refunded. If you would like to return shoes for an exchange, you may be asked to pay an additional change to post the exchange item.

 

RETURNING UNDERWEAR

Underwear bought from The Oxford Shirt Company cannot be returned due to the Consumer Contracts Regualtions.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can also exchange your item within 14 days providing the new item is the same price at which you bought the original product.

If the item you have requested is out of stock, then a refund will be issued instead.

To exchange an item please make this clear on the returns form provided, noting what size/colour you wish to exchange the current item for. If you would like to exchange for a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
