To return a product, please read through the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.
You can return any item bought online for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Goods can be returned for the following reasons: items faulty on arrival, items damaged in transit, items faulty in warranty period or if the item is not fit for purpose.
All goods will be inspected on return. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
To return an item/order please fill out the returns form provided and include it in the package with the items to be returned. This will inform us on what you wish to do next with your order.
Items should be packaged carefully so as not to be damaged in transit. We also recommend using a traceable delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Please note: items bought online can NOT be returned in store. They must be returned to the address below.

Footwear bought from The Oxford Shirt Company can be returned provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labelling and swing tags intact.
It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.
We recommend when trying shoes on to do so on carpet to avoid damage or scuffs to the soles of the shoes.
Postage costs are not refunded.
You can also exchange your item within 28 days providing the new item is the same price at which you bought the original product.
If the item you have requested is out of stock, then a refund will be issued instead.
To exchange an item please make this clear on the returns form provided, noting what size/colour you wish to exchange the current item for. If you would like to exchange for a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
If you need to return or exchange an International item/order, we ask that you pay the postage to return the item/s to us, however we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item/s back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any original packaging.
