International Delivery

Prices may vary depending on order size and destination country.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and/or carrier handling fees. These charges are not included in the delivery price shown at checkout unless your order is sent using a duties-paid service.
Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees are set by the destination country and/or delivery partner. They are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid before delivery can be completed.
Customs inspections, clearance checks or requests for further information may also delay delivery. These processes are outside the control of The Oxford Shirt Company and our delivery partners.
If you refuse to pay any import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees, or if the parcel is returned to us because customs information has not been provided, the shipment may be returned to us. In these circumstances, we may be charged customs fees, handling fees and return shipping costs. Any such charges may be deducted from any refund due, where permitted.

European Union Deliveries
For orders delivered to EU countries, VAT is calculated and included at checkout under the IOSS scheme where applicable. For orders under €150, this means you should not normally be asked to pay import VAT again on delivery.
In selected EU countries, we also ship using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning any applicable duties are handled upfront.
In some cases, our delivery partner may contact you to confirm address or customs details to complete delivery.
Customs charges, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges may still apply in some circumstances. These charges are outside the control of The Oxford Shirt Company.
Other International Destinations
Orders to the USA are shipped using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning applicable import duties are paid upfront where supported by our checkout and delivery service. No UK VAT is charged. US sales taxes will apply depending on the delivery state and do not display at checkout.
For countries not covered by our duties-paid service, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns
For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us, including any return shipping costs, customs declarations, duties, taxes or handling fees that may apply.
Items must be returned using a suitable tracked service. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged or refused in transit where the return has been arranged by the customer.
Please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as a return and that all required customs information is completed accurately. Incorrect or incomplete customs declarations may cause delays or additional charges.
If customs fees, carrier charges, handling fees or return shipping costs are charged to us because a parcel has been returned incorrectly, refused, abandoned, or sent without the correct customs information, these charges may be deducted from any refund due, where permitted by law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error with your order, please contact us before returning the item. In these cases, we will advise you on the correct returns process and, where required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Where supplies allow, jacket boxes include a branded shipping box, sealed with branded stickers. Any items included in the order are wrapped with printed tissue paper.Â
