Scenic Sauna was founded by family team Jamie and Olivia, who believe you should have your health cake… and eat it. After each overcoming auto-immune illness with a mix of yoga, breath work, sauna, ice baths and mindset work, they’ve baked those ingredients into a recipe for vitality.
Whether it’s a daily dip, a weekend recharge, or a one-off reset, Scenic Sauna is all about helping people feel good now—with the kind of bounce a golden retriever would envy. They believe your surroundings have a profound effect on your experiences and the science is there to back this up too! Which is they set up home at the tranquil location of Far Peak. Located just outside of Northleach, in the heart of the Cotswolds, its open 6 days a week and we cannot recommend a visit highly enough.
