Freddy is an award-winning wildlife artist and an internationally acclaimed British artist known for his vibrant paintings of the animal kingdom.

His art has been collected by royals, celebrities and art dealers from across the world. In 2022 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II appointed Freddy as her Artist-in-Residence for the Platinum Jubilee.

Freddy’s art career is somewhat unusual having been proceeded by seven years as an officer in the British Army. He claims there are two events that encouraged him to pursue his passion for painting full time.
The first being able to sell all his sketches on return from deployment to Afghanistan in 2012, and the second, being rejected by racing driver Sir Jackie Stewart on applying for his assistant role.

Freddy now works from his studio in Oxfordshire where he is working on his latest collection of work SAFARI. Its an accumulation of two years worth of traveling having packed up the family to travel the Australian Gold Coast and live in the Kenyan bush, he has been on a constant search for wildlife inspiration.
